Risk-taking is something that a lot of people struggle with, including us, in both business and their daily life. This week, we describe our comfort level with risk (we're all on different points of the spectrum!), our experience with some big decisions, and we provide some tips and frameworks that we have found helpful in assessing risk and making decisions.

Here are a few helpful tidbits of information we referenced throughout this episode:

Interview with Samuel Adams founder Jim Koch - “How I Built This” podcast with Samuel Adams founder Jim Koch Tim Ferriss on focusing on the worst possible outcome, and then how to mitigate it - "How to Push Past Your Biggest Anxieties and Act", by Tim FerrissThe Four Quadrant Approach - "How to Make Decisions with 4 Quadrants" (The Eisenhower box is actually slightly different - about how to delegate tasks... but also super interesting!).

We didn't discuss this one, but here is another interesting article relating to risk and entrepreneurship - 7 Risks Every Entrepreneur Must Take by Jayson DeMers.
