Mike opens up and talks about watching his Uncles manage their businesses when he was young and the inspiration he drew from them. Starting his very first restaurant and his progression into hit restaurant after hit restaurant. He discusses the challenge of managing employees and the improvements he had to make in order to be the leader he is today.
