Commercial media tends to oversimplify the reasons why we are getting record droughts. They blame it all on "Climate Change." This conclusion ignores some of the biggest and most easily fixed solutions, like changing the way we farm and get our food, avoiding deforestation. With these changes, we could change our landscapes so that they soak up the rain instead of sloughing it off. This would prevent both flooding and droughts.
