Keturah Herron is the Policy Strategist at the American Civil Liberties Union of Ky and a Louisville civil right activist that was recognized by the Louisville Courier Journal as one of the “Women of the Movement.”
Keturah Herron drafted an ordinance to band No-knock warrants and led the fight that persuaded the Jefferson County Metro Council to adopt a ban that would forbid Louisville Metro Police from instituting No-knock warrants.
