The International Staff Band (or ISB) is the premier brass band of The Salvation Army. Formed in October 1891 from workers at the Salvation Army Headquarters in London. Today it still continues to exist to promote the highest standards of Salvation Army banding and to spread the message of the Christian gospel through its musical ministry. Roger Herbert hosts a series of programmes about the history of the band. This episode looks at the Stephen Cobb years: part two, from the year 2000.
