Intro: Inherent Vice and The Long Goodbye

In this introduction episode, Rob and Jordan set themselves up for a neo noir marathon, a veritable genre deconstruction deconstructicon! We start with Paul Thomas Anderson's INHERENT VICE based on the Thomas Pynchon novel and "recommended" by our former co-host, Josh Taylor aka the Forgetful Film Critic. We then move on to our second Robert Altman flick, THE LONG GOODBYE, introduced here by Rob to Jordan, based on the Raymond Chandler novel. That means this is also an intro to an adaptation-athon!
