It was turkey weekend and of course my computer decided it wasn't going to allow me to edit this before we headed to the cabin or the weekend. Beyond busy with project but I stayed up late and got this one put together after a couple hours of cleaning up the hard drive on ye old Mac.

We sat down with Gabriel a couple of weeks ago now while I was sick with covid and Nick was stuck at home with truck problems. Gabriel was awesome enough to make time in his crazy schedule to sit down and tell us his story. Holy smokes what an awesome chat. Lots of great info packed into this one folks. While many of us struggle to find the ability to run our small scale businesses, Gabriel has taken this on head strong with a team of employees now.
