Today, Andrew (@StarlightAndrew) is joined by Jarod The Dark Jedi (@darkjedi2552) of The Nerd Academy Podcast to discuss the 1st 2 episodes of Season 2 of The Bad Batch! We discuss the early themes of the season, including Echo's want to further the fight against the Empire, while the other members of the Batch are more hesitant, Omega's feelings towards her role in the group's new life, and her desire to complete the mission, the people of Serenno changing the perspective of Separatist worlds in the aftermath of The Clone Wars, Rampart finally becoming an interesting villain, and the further hints towards more Clone Troopers standing up to the Empire. We also take time to discuss the #UnwhitewashTheBadBatch movement, and the important, critical conversations we can have about problematic aspects of the media we consume and enjoy.
