Welcome to this week's episode of #IntheCompanyofReadersandWriters and Chapter 1 of #TheOldGuitar.

Today's episode was inspired by the short story, old guitar written and read by Canadian singer-songwriter, Douglas Cameron.

Some say guitars remember. The wood retains the memory of every note, of every song that is played through them. The older the guitar, the richer the memories, which is why they need to be treasured and savoured, as they are the embodiment of every musician that has ever played them.
