Mary Beth has been serving the needs of our industry since 2005! Since then, she’s held roles at Galderma (then Medicis) and Allergan in sales, product management and national account direction.

But in 2017, she felt a different calling, and TITAN Aesthetic Recruiting was born! She saw a gap in matching Practices in search of great injectors with great injectors looking for a new Practice. Over the years, her thorough recruiting process, complete with in-depth screenings and a strong focus on long-term candidate success, have become the secret ingredient for the growth of countless Practices. 

But as the industry has changed, her offerings have, too! TITAN is now equally focused on preparing the influx of new injectors for their first role and beyond, and she shares what sets a great candidate apart in the interview process!
