"We are naturally in a circle...the ubuntu principle of African philosophy....despite we like to talk about we are separate and that Trini doh like Jamaican and Jamaican doh like Trini .....And while we say one thing politically, culturally we have been doing something totally different".

"Rice and peas and peas and rice.."- Dennis Howard.

One of our favorite episodes to date! This week we talk with Dr. Dennis Howard a lecturer, businessman, radio station owner and activist - of sorts.  We speak with on some of the is that are paramount to Jamaica and even Trinidad and Tobago, and by extension, the Caribbean. Our interconnectivity on a cultural level speaks volumes about our pride of being a "Caribbean people".

Check out Dennis' website to get more information on cultural policy and even business development within the arts. His online radio show plays some of the best music we have ever heard and check out his online magazine to keep up to date on all things entertainment!
