Meet the very talented Paul Gundersen, Chief Forecaster with the UK's Met Office. Paul's first memories are of standing in deep snow in 1981. Today he is responsible for filtering through gigabytes of weather data to make sure the UK population is prepared whatever the weather.

Paul talks through some of the most difficult forecasting decisions he has made plus he tells us about the intricacies of forecasting snow in the UK, a forecasting dark art!

We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did and most importantly we hope you leave this episode loving the weather that little bit more.
