Following Donald Trump’s decision to withdraw troops from Syria, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ordered an offensive on the Kurdish soldiers in the region.
The move launched an international outcry, but none more so than in Germany. At the same time, players of Turkish descent made salutes across Europe supporting the army. Today, we examine, how is this conflict disrupting German football?
