Today we talk mental health in football, with owner of The Football Mindset, John Johnstone.

In a fascinating chat, John talked me about the ways he helps professional footballers overcome mental hurdles in order to improve their game. We cover John’s podcast and his successful book Master Your Confidence, an essential tool for professional footballers which is available now on Amazon.
