Disney officials in Orlando are meeting with local government, business and even housing officials to draft a blueprint for a FIFTH theme park at Disney World.  The theme of the newest addition hasn't been announced yet, but it will join Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.  Interestingly, the new park will also feature lots of shopping and what we are told will be "affordable" housing units.  While we do poke fun at Disney, the notion of adding "affordable housing" to the area is intriguing.

Central Florida, and Orlando in particular, are notorious for their UN-AFORDABLE housing... so if the Disney imagineers can help make housing affordable again, we're all ears.
