One thick steak that’s at least 1 inch thick or more (bone in ribeye works great!) Salt & pepper to taste Fresh sprig of Thyme or Rosemary + Garlic Clove or Shallot Coconut Oil or 2 Pats of Butter / Vegetable Oil
