In this episode I am back on the set of the award nominated series “From The Wild” with Kevin Kossowan and Jeff Senger. We are camped in the boreal forest of northern Alberta hunting Black Bear. One night, after getting back from a successful hunt, we were enjoying some drinks in the wall tent around the wood stove and we got to talking about taboo meats and some other meat related topics.
