How Thriving Through Transitions Started

Thriving Through Transitions is the result of Dale’s own journey -  navigating sudden and unexpected unemployment. Describing his journey Dale says, “when I came out of a second job loss I had two thoughts on my mind. One, I need to give back to those going through this experience. Two, I want to find organizations that are in the midst of a transition that I can help them with employee issues they don’t even know they have.”

How To Be An Authentic Believer At Work

Dale says, “who I was and how I behaved brought people to me. I think when people know that you’re a Christian, people will open the door for you to walk through it but you have to do something. And that’s why how we carry ourselves, how we treat other people and how we set our space up is one of the ways we can do that.” As Christians it’s important that we live our faith, not just talk about our faith.

How Long, O Lord, How Long? Devotional

We all go through transitions in our life and our business. Dale’s latest devotional “How Long, O Lord, How Long?” address this issue through a Christian perspective. The book supports individuals experiencing a period of unemployment and encourages those who love them along the way to something new. The book contains 80 devotions, each with scriptures to provide help, healing, and hope during the journey through unemployment.
