Anybody can struggle with mental health

Sometimes in dark places, you can feel alone and like nobody struggles with what you are dealing with, but anybody can struggle with mental health. No matter how “perfect” your life may seem, no matter how much money you make, you can struggle with mental health, so it’s important to keep up with your mental health.

Allowing God to work through you

As Christians, we are called to follow the Lord with all of our hearts and to pursue His will for us. We need to allow Him to work through us, so that His will can be carried out in our lives. We all have the ability to be used by God, we just need to allow Him to use us.
