Schools out for the summer!!! So lets talk education!  The past year has been extremely challenging for students, educators and parents as we reentered 'normal' school following two years of pandemic disruptions. This month we are putting together a series of shows on Education focusing on Post-Pandemic schooling, mental health in our schools, schools 'safety', student experiences and so much more.


With everything from the pandemic disruption to school shootings its no surprise that 'mental health' in our schools is a hot topic. We were fortunate enough to sit down with Nate Bailly, a Professional School Counselor, who has been practicing in our public schools for the past seven years. We cover the history and evolution of 'school counseling', what counselors actually do vs. what we think they do, where the profession is heading, how parents and professionals can partnered and leverage each other to help students and so much more. 


Here is a pro-tip: If you think you may need counseling or profession therapy, the answer is yes. Get some. Mental health is for everyone.
