Nick and Tyler are joined by Ted Koch, the executive director of the North American Grouse Partnership. Ted talks about the current state of lesser Prairie Chicken as it relates to the endangered species list, how it is has come to this point and more. As we know, habitat is everything and Ted explains how a 30 plus yr CRP field has been home to prairie chickens and have sustained them in Kansas. Ted explains the difference between endangered and threatened species and dives into what we can do as hunters to help recover the grasslands to allow us to have sustainable habitat and hunting opportunities in the future.
