The Ouyen United Kangas are rejuvenated and raring to go after the bye week, Senior Coach Scotty Grigg told the Flow Friday Sports show this week.

Amazingly, without breaking a sweat, the Kangas jumped a place on the ladder last weekend after another result boosted their percentage; this week they'll do battle with South Mildura.
