When speaking of Pamela Morgan, the only word that comes to mind is change. Change is defined as "the act or instance of making or becoming different."

When exploring the idea of making something different, it implies something is wrong or that is needs to be fixed.

Homelessness needs to be fixed and we need to change how we perceive Mental Health.

After watching a family member go through homelessness through most of their adult life - Pamela saw an opportunity to provide help to those who needed it. As such, Baby It's Cold Outside was born.

As Founder & CEO of Human Resources Agency, Key Instincts & Homelessness Prevention Charity Baby, It's Cold Outside, Pamela Morgan believes in two things, people & passion.

Pamela understands and embraces the definition of collaboration. Whether serving in her local community as the president of the Okotoks Business Association, sitting on the board of Chambers or putting strategic plans into place as a stakeholder with the ecosystem, she incorporates collaboration and inclusion in all her efforts, this practice is woven in all accepts of her professional and personal life.

People are her passion, when they do not have the basics, it's hard for them to move forward. BCO’s current initiative is focusing on transitional housing within the foothills area within the next 10 years.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and an everlasting passion for human resources, it was an obvious fit to provide human resources and cultural development as a consultant to business owners, whether not at the scale to bring in their team or to complement and provide additional support to the team on site. With a wholistic approach in business, Pamela supports businesses through strategic practices, that takes the health of the entire company into consideration.

Every single day, Pamela trail-blazes new ways to move forward with the intention of making every life better. In doing so, she believes in one simple mission statement:

How we give back to our community reflects where passion lies.
