It's a special Episode 35 of the Florida Beer Podcast today! We are heading to Ybor City in Tampa once again to learn a little more about one of their newer breweries, Zydeco Brew Werks! Heavily inspired by New Orleans, this brewery and full-service restaurant features a full bar, mind-blowing food, and some really fantastic beers made by Head Brewer, Paul Rutherford. Paul and I sat down in their barrel-aging room along with the rather colorful duo of Johnny Crosskey and Kevin Hess, the men behind the Tampa-based podcast Craft Beer Ballers.
