On today's episode, we speak to Hiatus Brewing co-founder and brewer, Lucas Frank, about his medical background and moving to Ocala, deciding to open a brewery, some of the challenges and benefits of brewing in Ocala and Marion County, and the inspiration behind their wonderfully fun and tropical name and tap room.
