My name is Bill Allen. I’ve been flipping and wholesaling houses for the past 6 years.

In that time, I’ve gone from flipping 1 house per year to running a team that flips and wholesales close to 200 houses per year consistently.

I work about 2 hours per week in my real estate business, which has allowed me to expand into other ventures like multifamily investing and podcasts like this one.

So what’s the big idea behind the Flip Hacking LIVE Podcast?

Every year, my team and I hold a live event where we bring 20 to 25 of the nation’s top house flippers and wholesalers together to break down the exact systems and strategies they’re using to flip and wholesale 100s of houses per year.

This event is called Flip Hacking LIVE…

…and for the past 4 years, the only way to “hack” the secrets these real estate investors share is to attend the event in person.

This podcast is my way of doing that.
