The two roles are at odds, so finding that balance can be tricky, especially given the climate on social media (and throw in that it's an election year if you get political... it's a powder keg).
I also get into what it's like to call long fight cards and the challenges that go with it after the UFC got through a 15-fight card to cap off a month on Fight Island.
