Happiness - what does that really mean?
I have been listening to an amazing audiobook by Dean Graziosi called "Millionaire Success Habits" and in chapter 9 he talked about happiness.Β Such a simple word but a huge concept. Easy to achieve but simple to lose.
Happiness is very different for everyone. I know for me happiness comes from tactile things, my luxury, and material items (my natal charts don't lie). But also my happiness is playing with Tessa (my golden doodle) or talking to you on Instagram. Happiness is what your make of it, what you put into it, and what you believe.
