It's always been a struggle and fighting with body issues, healthy eating and being an athlete - it doesn't get easier. One thing I can tell you, is that we can take control of our wellness but being invested in our health! What we do today, our future self will thank you.

Wellness starts with being aware of what we doing to our body, what we are feeding or body and how we are treating our bodies.
