It's a new show format coming at you this week on the Fit Dad Fitness Podcast. For the foreseeable future, I'm going to be sprinkling in some long-form solo episodes amongst the interview episodes that I regularly do. Don't worry, I still have some amazing guests lined up for the show.

 

But these solo episodes will be a way to mix things up, avoid stagnation, and also get some ideas, concepts, and thoughts out of my head and into your collective ears. Ha!

 

This week, I want to detail how I came to seek out Challenges so often in my life, and why I believe it is so important for everyone to do so. I also discuss why I believe exercise and fitness is the perfect way to sharpen your ability to deal with Challenges so that you can face them with fury when they inevitably happen in real life.
