How something that worked in your 20's could actually be keeping you from excelling in your 40's.

I'll introduce you to some of the people that have influenced my journey towards lifelong fitness. I will introduce you to thought leaders and experts in physical conditioning, personal training, physical therapy, as well as, health and wellness coaches, and instructors that make learning new sports safe and fun!

As a personal challenge to celebrate my 40th Birthday, I will be completing 40 races or events over the next year to benefit 40 non-profit organizations. I hope to raise awareness and money for the work that they do to help get people active, protect natural lands, strive to ease pain, and find cures for disease. I will introduce you to the people who work for these organizations as well as the people that they serve.
Come along with me on this journey as I explore Maine and the rest of New England through these 40 events and adventures. You won't even believe where we end up!
