Dental Tips - Delta Dental of Tennessee - they recommend 2 cleanings per year. Check your "allowance" for any extra money for cavities, etc. It can also cover orthodontia.

If you have supplemental Reliance Critical Illness or Accident Insurance - when you get any preventative exam, you can file a claim and get money back for taking care of yourself.
