Nobody trusts anybody any more… as we look back at a 1982 horror classic and it’s 2011 prequel with this retrospective on The Thing! There’s an air of paranoia as we discuss the atmosphere, story and effects on both films. Does the 1982 get the attention it deserves, even today? Does the 2011 film do enough differently? How well do the two connect? Headcanons abound with what exactly The Thing’s goal was, and a revelation about the events that perhaps come before both entries.
