Heels Episode 1 Review

We’ve been talking about Stephen Amell for years now because of his portrayal of Oliver Queen on the CW’s Arrow. So it was only fitting that when STARZ announced that he would be starring in a new show, we knew we would need to watch it. When we found out what the subject matter was, the tag-team of Mr. Maurer and Mashko nearly fell out of their steel chairs. That’s right Firesiders, it’s now time to combine our love of TV, Superheroes and Professional Wrestling into one show as we discuss the new weekly drama, Heels. Whether you’re a Babyface, Heel or someone that just likes the Business, you need to give this show a chance. We’re not looking for the cheap pop or trying to over-sell this show so be ready for a slow-burn as the first season of this show unfolds over eight episodes.
