Chad Rhoades- Florence Y'alls | Going Hard Will Take You Far

Chad Rhoades is the Pitching Coach of the Florence Y'alls, even though he doesn't like being called that by his players. Florence is a member of the Frontier League, and Independent Professional Baseball League.

Rhoades played at Oklahoma Baptist University and was then an undrafted free agent in the Red Sox organization. He has obviously had a lot of experience in the game and learned that his ability to go hard cleared the path for him to make it where he did. However, there is a fine line between where he was and going to the next level, which he describes in this episode.

Rhoades learned upfront that the game is 90% mental. He coaches his players the same way he played the game, which was to go hard.
