Brian McCabe is the Head Coach at Benedictine University at Mesa, an NAIA school in Arizona. He coached the team to a 44-13 record during his first season with the Redhawks which set the tone for what they have been since he stepped into the program.

In this episode we discuss the competition at the NAIA level and how he has helped create consistent success with the baseball team. He talks about what it means to put pressure on in practice and what he focuses on to make his players better every day.
