Lauren Askins graduated from Missouri State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness and received her M.S in Health Promotions & Wellness Management in 2012.
In 2015, Lauren started working alongside Cody Askins as he began building his insurance coaching and consulting business. She took on many roles, including the CFO role, that she still actively manages today. Lauren’s main focus at work is on her employees. She’s created a unique culture that she’s proud of and makes sure that her employees are winning at work and at home.
