#25 - Stubbornly kickstarting your passion and hobby into family business with Tristan Hall

In this episode, I'm excited to introduce yet another friend of mine to the podcast, Tristan Hall. Tristan currently runs Hall Or Nothing Productions which he started from scratch, working evenings and weekends to bring his idea to life. Tristan and his wife now run the business full time to produce an amazing range of board games.

We discuss how Tristan got started in the board game industry and honed his skills to be able to produce unbelievable and unique games. Tristan also talks at length about the challenges of bringing a new product to market and how he had to learn fast, not only about how to manufacture and ship games. But also what it takes in running a business from customer support through to working with the right accountant.
