The rest of this episode is the audio from our YouTube live stream NBA Mock Expansion Draft. Shoutout to the tharealkevbot who paid for the majority of the bottle of James Harden's wine that I drank throughout this live stream. It was very good wine and I got very drunk so things went off the rails towards the end.
We conducted a two team (Seattle and Las Vegas) NBA expansion Mock Draft. All 30 current NBA teams were able to protect six players each, leaving at least nine players from each team available to draft in the mock draft. Every current team can lose a maximum of two players, one to each expansion team. Current NBA teams can also incentivize the drafting expansion teams to take a bad contract off their hands. For example: the Knicks could offer a first round pick to one of the teams to draft Julius Randle and take his contract. Enjoy!
