As a financial nut, sometimes I look at things and I will give my opinion. I was once asked how would I change a neighborhood?  With a lot of thought, it would have to be one person at a time.  You see the neighborhood is an internal thing, if you don't change the heart of the people and allow them to have some input, You just have a pretty neighborhood with a bunch of people with the same mentality. Change hearts then change the neighborhood one block at a time.

In Life you get what you give, so sometimes you have to give your way out of a bad situation.  Sometimes you have to be little to be big.  You can only go as far as your education takes you.  Greatness comes when you decide to be great. Success comes when you learn well enough to teach.
