Tam v zakulisju številnih filmskih produkcij, ki nastajajo v fiktivnem studiu Capitol Pictures, srečamo kopico tipičnih coenovskih likov: kavboje, indijance, rimske legionarje, obupane scenariste, morske deklice, ki plešejo vodni balet in postavne mornarje, ki študirajo marksizem … skratka, ni da ni! In ker vse skupaj še ni dovolj meta, za konec navržemo še naše najljubše filme o – filmih!
