Laura Newton is the neglected daughter of a high ranking US official. She is captured by a sex slavery ring based out of Dubai and waits to be rescued. Back home in the US, Laura is declared as dead. Eventually, clever Robert Scott, a Delta Force soldier finds her and concocts a plan using shipping containers to get her out of the country. Before the evening of the escape, they lay low at a safe house and Laura confides in Robert that her father - the high ranking US official - never had her best interests at heart. Her father was the one who pulled her security detail the night of her kidnapping to protect himself during one of his multiple extramarital affairs. Later that night, everything goes sideways during the escape to the shipping containers when it turns out that Robert has been tracked by his own team, sent to sabotage the rescue mission to protect the president from the bad press this will bring. A fight ensues between the soldiers as a Swedish news crew watches. Laura is able to get to the news crew and get out of danger leaving Robert injured at an airport hanger. In the end, Laura is reunited with her father and he is hailed as a politician who is cracking down on sex trafficking.
