Blake Lively: An Exhaustive Examination

Episode 17 - The Rhythm Section (2020)

Stephanie is a woman haunted by the death of her family. It’s been three years since they were killed in a plane crash. Since that tragic day, Stephanie’s life has spiraled in a dangerous direction. She now lives as a sex worker, barely getting by and using hard drugs to dull the pain. One day, a journalist tracks her down, wanting to talk to her about the crash – which he claims was no accident, but instead a terrorist plot. As Stephanie learns more about what really happened, her thoughts turn toward revenge, and she seeks out a dashing ex-MI6 agent linked to the journalist. After months of training, Stephanie begins tracking the man behind the bombing of the flight her family was on – but who can she really trust? Is she ready to become an assassin for hire? Does she really have the heart for revenge? After a series of globetrotting missions – and some mishaps, Stephanie finds the answers to those questions…leaving a trail of bodies in her wake.
