Ryan Frederick and Paul Fontaine are back to go over the week that was and is to come in the world of MMA. UFC had a forgetful show this past weekend from the Apex and the guys break it all down. Erin Blanchfield cementing herself as a flyweight title contender was really the only thing of note from that show. There's a busy weekend of MMA coming up and Paul runs down all the shows available on various streaming platforms before going over the UFC on ESPN+ show, again coming from the UFC Apex. Two big fights are of the card with Ryan Spann facing Nikita Krylov and Andre Muniz going up against Brendan Allen. There's a lot of other interesting fights as well and both Ryan and Paul give three fights to watch. The question of the week comes from Mike Gilbert of Brace for Impact and it's whether or not Ariel Helwani is a good MMA reporter.
