In the "We have to Talk About" segment, the guys talk about another round of retirements including Rory McDonald, a former Bellator champion and UFC title challenger. They then recap an eventful week in mixed martial arts, capped off by another sellout crowd at UFC San Diego where Marlon Vera KO'd former champion Dominick Cruz in the main event. They then preview this coming week's UFC 278, headlined by a welterweight showdown featuring Kamaru Usman defending his title against Leon Edwards and Luke Rockhold returning after a 3 year absence in the co-main. Finishing off the show is an interview with Fight Game Media favorite Aaron Jeffery, fresh off his big KO win at Bellator 284 over former title challenger Austin Vanderford. The newly ranked middleweight contender talks about that fight and what's next in the career of one of the more underrated fighters in the world.
