Ryan Frederick and Paul Fontaine are back to go over the week that was and is to come in the world of MMA. There actually was nothing going on this past weekend but in the We Have to Talk About Segment, the guys discuss the passing of Antonio Inoki and the legacy that he left in the world of mixed martial arts. This also leads to a fun chat about some of the people who have excelled in both sports. They then preview this coming weekend's UFC show on ESPN+ featuring a flyweight main event between Alexa Grasso and Viviane Araujo where the winner could be very close to a title shot at Valentina Shevchenko. The rest of the card has a lot of big names and it's actually a solid show for a Fight Night card. The news of the week features UFC announcing the return to Australia for the first time since the pandemic in early 2023. There's also news on Paddy Pimblett, Alistair Overeem and Frank Mir. They close the show by going over some of the big fights being signed over the last week including a main event coming up between the recently unretired Kevin Holland against Stephen "Wonder Boy" Thompson.
