This is Mike'd Up...a Fight Club Podcast with Michael Carter-Williams, Michael Bisping and friends. We're bringing together athletes from different disciplines to draw wisdom from the fight game. MCW is an establish NBA pro, but studies MMA, follows the sport in depth and is a fan above. As Michael Bisping has proved, he walked the walk and will always talk the talk.
