Michael Urban, Mental Performance & Life Skills Consultant for Cal Berkley Athletics, joins Glenn on the Field to discuss why resilience in athletes is important for sport achievement, obtaining high performance, and building un-relentless confidence.  Michael dives into how he’s helped amateur athletes in high school and college become resilient by focusing on their ability to cope, develop grit, and adapt to change by minimizing the impact of negative experiences and stressful situations.  Michael also shares his own athletic adversities and reveals how he handled his setbacks that now allow him to coach student-athletes to have a high-performing mindset and become the best version of themselves.
