Thank you for 100 episodes! I have several topics that I discuss in this episode, most of them reflective.

I want to talk about workplace culture. This will be an introduction to the topic rather than a complete idea.

Culture can be a huge factor in the productivity of a company. With ambiguous culture, it's easier to be confused about one's duties, where they stand with the company, or where morals lie.

Show notes will be light for this episode. Still trying to get that balance I need, these longer episodes are a struggle for me to timestamp. I hate it but I'm just being honest about my situation.
