Alabama State Abortion Policy Amendment, Amendment 2, is on the ballot in Alabama as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on November 6, 2018.

"A "no" vote opposes this amendment to make it state policy to "recognize and support the sanctity of unborn life and the rights of unborn children, including the right to life" and to state that no provisions of the constitution provide a right to an abortion or require funding of abortions."

SIDEBAR: A SECOND AMENDMENT TO KEEP 10 COMMANDMENTS ON

WEST VIRGINIA
West Virginia Amendment 1, the No Right to Abortion in Constitution Measure, is on the ballot in West Virgilegislatively-referred referred constitutional amendment on November 6, 2018.

"A "no" vote opposes this amendment to add language to the West Virginia Constitution stating that "nothing in this Constitution secures or protects a right to abortion or requires the funding of abortion."

OREGON
The Oregon Ban Public Funds for Abortions Initiative is on the ballot in Oregon as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 6, 2018.

"A no vote opposes the ballot initiative to prohibit public funds from being spent on abortions in Oregon, except when medically necessary or required by federal law."
